Who makes a good forecaster?
Before the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to take our Forecasting Aptitude Screening Tool (FAST) test and receive feedback on your results. During the workshop, facilitators will discuss what the overall group results suggest about ways to improve forecasting.
How can forecasters reduce the impact of cognitive biases?
We’ll introduce you to a cognitive debiasing process based on Good Judgment Project training that reduced the average forecasting error rate by as much as 11%.
How can collaboration improve forecasting?
We’ll practice discussion methods to improve group and individual accuracy, using Good Judgment’s mobile-friendly Delphineo™ crowdsourcing tool.

Good forecasts start with good questions. Participants practice how to frame questions that are both rigorous and highly relevant to support decision-making.
